In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account at rt99.

General Bonus Terms:

Voluntary Closure by Member: You have the right to close your RT99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all withdrawals have been processed and there are no pending wagers.

Closure by rt99: rt99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• Member is found to have violated any term in this document
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities are detected
• Member is found to have registered multiple accounts
• Registration details found to be inaccurate or falsified
• Member is found to have abused the bonus system or exploited system errors
• Member makes threats or behaves rudely toward RT99 staff

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, rt99 reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. A clean account balance will be returned to the member once the investigation confirms no fraud or breach.

Rt99 is fully committed to responsible gaming principles. We believe that online gaming is a form of entertainment and should remain a fun activity, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

Self-Control Tools Available:

• Deposit Limit – Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on your budget

Under no circumstances shall RT99's liability to any member exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

• Step Three: If mediation fails, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction

By using the RT99 platform, you agree that any claim or legal action related to the use of the platform must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim.
